Q: How do I make a reservation?
– Reservations are now closed, but over a hundred sites and programs are open access, meaning they are free and open to the public! See our Event Guide for open hours.

Q: I have made a reservation. Where is the meeting location?
Once you make a reservation, meeting locations are emailed to you in the body of your email confirmation. Look under “Event Details.”

Q: I have made a reservation. Where is my ticket?
– There is no need to print your order confirmation as your name will be on a list at the door.


Q: Can I get a refund?
– As indicated on all of our of Eventbrite ticketing pages, we do not issue refunds. If you made a reservation in error or one of your guests can no longer attend, we encourage you to bring a friend or find a friend who can attend in your place.

Q: Is there a waitlist? Do you take walk-ins?
– There is no waitlist and walk-ins are not accepted. For many of our sites, this is a security issue and only pre-registered visitors may attend.


Q: How can I make a reservation for TWA?
– The TWA Flight Terminal is one of OHNY Weekend’s open access sites, meaning it is free and open to the public. Simply stop by on Sunday, October 13, from 11am-4pm.

Q: I want to make a reservation for a residential site part of Designer’s Open House. Where do I go?
– Most of these sites do not require advance reservations and are open access. Take a look at our Event Guide to see if a site is open access.

Q: I really wanted a site that is now sold out. Do you have any recommendations for places to visit?
– Yes! Many of our sites and tours, including our most popular sites, do not require reservations. We encourage you to visit our open access sites like the TWA Flight Terminal, Grand Lodge of Masons, and Brooklyn Army Terminal.
